Speaking and Training

All services offered by Edwards Educational Services, Inc. are specifically tailored to meet the needs and requests of schools and districts. Our company, created by and comprised exclusively of educators and administrators from suburban, rural, and urban national and international schools, believes in reality education, where long-term, sustainable results are only achieved when a school's assets, challenges, barriers, and goals are examined realistically. We stress the importance of using data to drive decisions, and we help schools and districts confront even the most challenging situations head-on.


The options below are the most frequently requested services by schools and districts:

  • Long-Term Training
Long-term training helps shools and districts evaluate and assess their current status, needs, and goals; develop a long-term plan that connects to their vision and mission; and implement and manage that plan over the course of one to three years. A minimum of eight on-site, full day visits helps guide and manage training, and are done in close conjunction with building and central administrators. This is the most effective utilization of our services, and results in significant, long-term, sustainable results!

  • Keynote & Motivational Speeches
These speeches are generally one to two hours long, and can be on any topic of the school's/district's choosing. Keynote and motivational speeches are predominantly directed by the speaker, with time built-in for questions and comments.

  • One Full-Day Training

A typical one day training consists of six contact hours. This session is interactive, with a combination of direct training and group/individual work. Specific activities are designed to meet the needs of participants.


  • Two Full-Day Trainings

Two-day trainings are conducted on two consecutive days, five to six contact hours per day. These sessions are highly interactive, and engage trainees in individual and group activities related to the topic.


  • Four Full-Day Trainings

For this service, the training is divided into three components: 1) an initial two full days of training during which participants will begin to develop projects; 2) time for educators to develop activities and/or projects at their schools; and 3) a final two full days of training to evaluate, adjust, and implement their projects.
